Include your game, room code, device platform, app version, and an approximate purchase time. Never send a payment-card number, Apple password, Google password, receipt secret, or purchase token.

Interrupted purchase
Reopen the app and use Store → Recover Pending Purchase. The app can redeliver an unfinished transaction to its original room, but a consumed room unlock is not a permanent account purchase.
Refunds
Apple and Google process mobile payments and refund requests. See Purchase Help for the correct store route and contact us if a completed refund is not reflected in an active room.
