Virtual Board Zone Terms of Use
Effective July 11, 2026.
Age and acceptable use
Virtual Board Zone is intended for people aged 13 and older. Use respectful display names, do not interfere with other players, and do not attempt to access another player’s private game information.
Rooms and availability
Rooms are temporary multiplayer sessions. We may close, limit, or remove rooms when needed for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, or service reliability.
Purchases
Mobile room unlocks are consumable digital products fulfilled to the room shown at purchase time. They remain available for replays until that room closes, are not transferable, and are not permanent account entitlements. Storefront pricing and payment processing are controlled by Apple or Google.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the storefront that processed the purchase. A refunded or revoked transaction may remove the associated premium room benefit.
No warranty
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent room retention, or compatibility with every device or network.
